For nearly two decades, K&M Truss has been grounded in a simple principle: build with purpose. Our legacy is shaped by years of dedication, hands-on experience, and a commitment to structural integrity that serves our Florida community.

Purchased and manufacturing since May 2006.

K & M Truss is located and operated on approx. 2 acres in Zellwood. We are quickly becoming a leading supplier of wood truss systems for residential and commercial builders in central Florida.

From the 15,000 sq. ft. custom home to the 500 sq. ft. addition all designs are coordinated with the builder, architect and engineer of record to ensure a superior design and customer satisfaction. All truss design, sealed permit packs and fabrication is performed on site with LVL beam loading and hanger spec’s to complete the entire truss package.

Wooden fire-rated systems are also available for commercial projects as an alternative to the high expense of metal truss applications.

We also supply an array of pre-manufactured products:

* Trim-its open web floor trusses.

*I-joist floor and roof joist.

*Simpson Hangers.

*Rim-board.

*Laminated veneer Lumber (LVL BEAMS).
